The Fund is a public limited liability investment company with registered number 93918 established as a Jersey closed-ended expert fund which will incorporate appropriate special purpose vehicles (“SPVs”) for direct property purchases.

MANAGER

Stonehage Westcity Management Company Limited, a joint venture between Westcity Plc and Sturdon Offshore Holdings (Jersey) Limited (a Stonehage company) (“Sturdon”), act as Manager of the Fund. The Manager is entitled to management fees and performance fees and is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission for fund services business.

PROPERTY ADVISOR

Westcity Plc have been appointed under the terms of an acquisition agreement to identify, source and appropriate Property Investments for the Fund and to act as Property Advisor to the Fund. The Property Advisor will be entitled to, amongst other fees, a 1.5% acquisition fee on the gross acquisition price of any Property Investment acquired by the Fund.

Stonehage Fund Administrators (Jersey) Limited, a Stonehage company, act as the Fund Administrator.
