The Manager has appointed an Advisory Committee comprising two representatives of the Stonehage group, two representatives of Westcity (one of which is Michael Rapp) and one independent member being Stephen Smith. All transactions to be entered into by the Fund are subject to the recommendation of the Advisory Committee.
