The Stonehage Westcity Property Fund was established in 2006 as a vehicle to build a diversified property investment and development portfolio. Its focus is on acquiring assets principally, but not exclusively, in Continental Europe including land and property in the residential, retail and commercial sectors.

The Fund’s emphasis is on capital growth. The life of the Fund is six years subject to potential further extension of two years if approved by two thirds of investors.

The Stonehage Westcity Property Fund is a closed-ended public limited liability company, managed by Stonehage Westcity Management Company Limited, a fifty fifty joint venture between The Stonehage Group, an international wealth management and fiduciary services company, and Westcity Plc, a property and property-related investment, development and management company quoted on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. 

The Fund has access to a team of individuals with extensive property and management company advisory experience as well as the invaluable combination of being able to identify value opportunities in the targeted sectors.
