The Fund, Stonehage Westcity Property Fund Limited, is a closed-ended public limited liability company incorporated in Jersey, Channel Islands, with registered number 93918 on 3 July 2006.

The Fund has a life of six years to 3 July 2012, subject to a potential further extension of a two year period, with the consent of at least a two-thirds majority of the holders of Participating Shares. It is intended that there will be no re-investment of cash proceeds after 31 July 2010, and that unless the term is extended, all remaining properties will be sold or realised within a 12 month period from 31 July 2011.
