The Stonehage Westcity Property Fund has been funded in the following way:

• Westcity - €29m
• Clients of Stonehage Group - c.€56m

This equity base, combined with either bank or debt financing, will provide the fund with an asset base of up to approximately €400m once fully invested.
 
It is intended that Westcity and the other investors in the property fund will receive income distributions and capital distributions from the property fund.
