LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Westcity PLC (LSE: WTC.L - news) said its executive chairman Rex Wood-Ward has stepped down and has been replaced by Ira Rapp with immediate effect. The property investment company said Wood-Ward is returning to live in Australia but will remain a non-executive director.
