The Stonehage Westcity Property Fund (“the Fund”) was formed with the aim of identifying international property transactions on an opportunistic basis, diversified across different jurisdictions and property sectors. The Fund closed on the 9th August 2006, having raised €85.4m.

As at 31st August 2007, the Fund had completed seven investments or commitments totalling approximately €55m of equity, with a gross asset value of approximately €170m.
