The Manager has appointed Westcity Plc as the Property Advisor to be the property acquisition agent, property manager and property advisor of the Fund, pursuant to the acquisition agreement. The Property Advisor is a public limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales on 18 February 1920 and whose registered office is 4 Prince Albert Road, London NW1 7SN. The Property Advisor has an issued share capital of £2,845,814.99.

Additional services to be provided by the Property Advisor may include specific property or portfolio management, active participation in value-added activities (for example lease and tenanting responsibilities and refurbishment projects) and will be undertaken on an agreed specification basis.
